Stuffed Chicken Breast with Pesto Ricotta

Ingredients:

marinara, ricotta, spinach, mushrooms, onion, garlic, beschemel(butter, flour, milk) Parmesan, mozzarella 

reheating instructions:

From frozen- preheat oven to 375°. Keep the pan covered and bake for 30 min. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 min. Be sure to keep an eye on your bakes as everyone’s ovens are different

Thawed in the fridge overnight- preheat the oven to 375°. Keep the pan covered and bake for 20 min. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 min.
