Ingredients: Chuck roast, Worcestershire, onion, carrots, celery, potatoes, garlic, beef broth, herbs, spices, tomato paste,
Serves 2-4 (12oz of roast per container)
Reheating Instructions:
Frozen: place in 400 degree oven covered for 40-50 minutes, uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until completely heated through
Thawed: place in 400 degree oven covered for 20-30 minutes, uncovered for 5-10 minutes or until completely heated through.
