Cheesy Potato and Leek Bake

Ingredients: roasted potatoes, three-cheese blend with Gruyère, Swiss, and Parmesan, caramelized leeks with herbs, and a cream sauce.

Vegetarian & Gluten-Free 

Reheating instructions: 

FROZEN: place in 350 degree oven, covered, for 45-55 minutes. Uncover and continue heating for 10-15 minutes or until completely warmed through.

THAWED: warm in 350 degree oven, covered for 25-35 minutes. Uncover and continue heating for 5-10 minutes.
