Grilled Steak & Veggies

Grilled steak (5oz/container), roasted potatoes, carrots & broccoli, olive oil 

*gluten free, dairy free, may contain soy from olive oil products

*only 5oz of steak per container

*note- steak has been cooked a little on the rare side to allow for reheating without over cooking the steak. 

reheating instructions:

from frozen: place covered in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes, uncover and place back into oven for an additional 5-15 minutes depending on your preferred doneness of steak. If unsure, check every 5 minutes. 

from thawed- place uncovered in 400 degree oven for 15-25 minutes based on your preferred doneness of steak. 

tip: if you prefer more rare steak, you need less time to cook. If you prefer more done steak, you will cook steak longer.
