Bbq chickpea sweet potatoes

Ingredients: Sweet potato, Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce, chickpeas, and green onion

Serves 2-4

Reheating instructions: 

FROZEN: Place into 350 degree oven covered for 45-55 minutes. Uncover and continue to heat for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.

THAWED: Place into 350 degree oven covered for 25-35 minutes. Uncover and continue heating for 10-15 minutes.

MICROWAVE: remove from aluminum container and place in microwave-safe dish covered with a lid, or a damp paper towel for 3 minutes.
