Made with carefully selected, domestically grown rice and non-GMO corn, this traditional Japanese-style ramen has a chewy texture and hearty flavor so close to traditional wheat-based ramen noodles that you won’t be able to tell the difference. Its main ingredient, Japonica rice, is known to produce a fluffy and chewy texture, clearly differentiating it from Indica rice. Accordingly, compared to other rice noodles such as rice vermicelli and pho, Toa Foods’ Gluten Free Ramen Noodles have a completely different taste. The hint of sweetness from corn makes it even more enticing. Also unique to this product is that it employs a traditional drying method.
